Sellmeier coefficients from Gayer, 2008[edit]

Has someone reproduced the plot in Figure 3 of Gayer, 2008?^[1] I did, using the listed Sellmeier coefficients, but the plot looks clearly different. Are the coefficients somehow wrong?
