This article reads like a brochure for the LivePerson company and needs to be edited heavily to appear unbiased and non-spammy.

Proposal for updates[edit]

Hello! I work for LivePerson and would like to make some factual updates to make the page more accurate. These will essentially be updates to the company history, products and services, and employee count. I aim to keep the language as factual as possible as I recognize this is a public resource.

Wanted to check in with the community that reviews this page before doing anything. I plan to submit proposed changes --right here-- later this week or early next.

Also wanted to address banner/comments from User:MER-C noting "pages about this company have histories of UPE." While I can't speak to edits before my time joining LivePerson, I want to make sure there are no undisclosed changes going forward.

I'll be finally making these edits today, incorporating data from LivePerson's recent Annual Report to update the number of employees, annual revenue, and mission. Hello! I work for LivePerson and would like to update the name of our platform. As you can see here https://knowledge.liveperson.com/getting-started-the-liveperson-conversational-cloud.html and on liveperson.com, the LiveEngage platform is now known as the Conversational Cloud. Hi - I work for LivePerson and would like to make some updates to the products and services to make them more accurate. I'd like to change "LivePerson provides a web based engagement service, also referred to as click to chat" to "LivePerson provides a cloud-based platform for brand-consumer messaging on web, mobile, and social." Then, under the actual Products and Services section, I'd like to take out LP insights and add in "Intent Manager - dashboard for NLU engine to detect consumer intents and identify conversations to automate", "Conversation Builder - point-and-click interface to build bots and automate conversations" and "Conversation Analytics - dashboard to benchmark and monitor marketing, sales, and customer care metrics in real time".
