Open date[edit]

Chrisahavel, I take you didn't edit yourself due to COI? I fixed it, I think the person who created this article misread the park article (the part about mountain biking). Yes, I didn't edit the page myself because I work for the department managing the site and my read of the COI rules suggested a neutral party should make the edit. I couldn't get the password reset to work through my spam wall, so I created this second account. I plan to abandon the other.
