Lu Hao-tungLu Haodong – Unlike his good friend Sun Yat-sen, Lu never studied abroad and thus was unlikely to have had a widely-known Romanized name, therefore pinyin is the choice of naming per WP:NC-ZH#Names of People. A Google Books search also supports pinyin for him in modern usage. Case in point would be Mao Zedong, who AFAIK was widely-known as Mao Tse-tung in the English-speaking world up until his death.   • Lean to support - Lu Hao-tung is in fact more common in general Google Books by about 4-1, particularly older ones. However this is largely a MOS issue and this bio is not in the Sun Yat-sen fame category, so incline to follow pinyin. In ictu oculi (talk) 08:30, 5 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
