See Croatian phonebook [1], you'll find a lot of persons with surname Prodan. If you have info that he's of Romanian "Prodans", than OK. Kubura 08:34, 8 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

What Elpincha ment is that the fact that he had an ancestor from Croatia 3 or 4 generations before him is not notable enough to mark him as Croatian diaspora. My lastname is Polish, and I am as Polish as José de San Martín and the Dulce de leche. Mariano(t/c) 11:30, 8 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Mariano is right. Millions of Luca fans could not care less about whether his grand-grand-grandpa was Croatian or Romanian. This medium is not the Census office for the insert country here diaspora. Even if we had conclusive, documented sources, it would be as relevant as the color of the toilet paper he used on his ninth birthday. elpincha 12:29, 8 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I absolutely concur with the above. This is an article about a musician who sang in English and made his career in Argentina. It's completely irrelevant to bring Balkan ethno-politics into this Wikipedia entry. Take your "Velika Hrvatska" ideas somewhere else. As a personal aside, I would guess Luca would tell you to bugger off and go back to his gin. Have you even listened to any of his music? Corto 13:56, 8 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
