This article is PR puff and literally nothing else. It has a single source at the end, behind a paywall, and it is impossible to know if it verifies any of the details. It can't be reduced or it would be less than a stub. I don't say that the subject is not notable necessarily - just that there is no reason here to assume that they are. I suspect COI.
