Projects[edit]

Although the subject may not be an Australian citizen - he was at both ANU and Melbourne University in senior and significant publicly known positions - please do not remove the Aust project- to do so shows little understanding of his career

viz the following from his webpage at NUS: was until recently a member of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade Editorial Advisory Board for the publication series Documents on Australian Foreign Policy . He is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of the Humanities and a former member of the Australian National Commission for UNESCO. He was a founding member of the Australian Foreign Affairs Council and was until recently a member of the International Council of the Asia Society (New York).
