Detail on regulations[edit]

I think it would be helpful to have more information on each annex. I.e. what the specific regulations are, where and to whom they apply, etc.

Annex VI[edit]

Anyone know who all the countries are that have ratified Annex VI? I read that it's now 41, but haven't seen them all listed.

MARPOL_73/78 Annex VI amendments link is broken[edit]

I need to research MARPOL Annex VI, amendments, and the U.S. enabling legislation (for a journal article). In the brief Wikipedia article there's a link under "Amendments" that's broken. "MEPC 176(58)" appears to be a link, but it just returns "HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.58.148.207 (talk) 18:29, 28 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
