Request Update[edit]

It closed again - July 2022 sometime. Here's a source, don't know how great it is. But someone who's good at all this could maybe update this article again to put it in the past tense? Thanks! -- AIW https://observer.com/2022/07/mel-magazine-lays-off-its-staff-again/ — Preceding unsigned comment added by 137.200.0.112 (talk) 18:23, 9 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Request to Edit Source Quote[edit]

The second sentence of the current page states as follows: Funded by Dollar Shave Club, New York Times journalist Amanda Hess described Mel as a "less serious publication for men that doesn't enforce male stereotypes".

The source does not contain that exact quote.

The source material states: “Mel is the rare men’s magazine that has taken upon itself to investigate masculinity, not enforce it.“

I’d like to request that an editor correct the content of the quote to reflect what the source said.

Pinging @JSFarman:, who was involved in the page at Articles for Creation. Alyssabcarroll (talk) 21:25, 13 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Done. That's a no-brainer. Correcting an obviously incorrect quote is non-controversial and anyone can do it, COI or not. ~Anachronist (talk) 03:32, 14 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

No adverts?[edit]

Every article is basically endless scroll of spammy adverts… 79.66.75.248 (talk) 04:08, 9 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
