Page name?[edit]

This page should possibly be renamed to MSM7xxx or Qualcomm_MSM7xxx (not sure which) to better follow conventions used elsewhere? Pflanze2 (talk) 02:10, 14 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Qualcomm 7225[edit]

Qualcomm's 7225 does not contain Adreno 200 GPU. Qualcomm's stated "72X7" contains Adreno 200, but not the 7225 in dart sheet. Evidence is proven by 3D benchmark scores and comparing the Vodafone 845,HTC Wildlife (7225) to LG GT540 and Sony Xpire X8 (7227)

MSM7230/7630[edit]

These SoC's shouldn't really be included here. They aren't cousins of the Snapdragon family, they *are* part of the Snapdragon family and are the lower clock speed version of the MSM8x55, but architecturally they are identical to the 8x55. I think having them here is confusing.

And, to add to that, they have the Adreno 205, not the Adreno 200.

7227 - mobile transceiver type?[edit]

Article suggests that the MSM7227 is a GSM device, but I've certainly seen devices based on it advertising UMTS connectivity. Is this an error here, or do these devices have an external transceiver as well as the MSM7227? 212.159.69.4 (talk) 11:10, 30 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
