Dick Whitman

I don't get why he is referred to as only "Richard Whitman". OK, if that is his legal name, then it makes sense... if everyone else is treated the same way. But they're not. Other names are listed as Don Draper (not Donald); Peggy Olsen (not Margaret); Peter Campbell (not Peter); Betty Draper (not Elizabeth); Stan Rizzo (not Stanley). Bert Cooper, Harry Crane, Ken Cosgrove, Sal Romano all get their full first name plus their usual nickname, at least. With Dick, he was named "Dick" for a specific reason, so should be at least mentioned. As for the supporting characters--it looks like someone just stopped updating it except for the addition of Megan and Henry Francis. That makes sense, if there's a page that covers all the Mad Men characters--and there is such a page. But then, Rachel should be removed from this page, because she's no longer on the show, and hasn't been for 4 seasons. At least the supporting characters here are substantial, important parts, so Rachel stands out as being not important enough to be on the list.QuizzicalBee (talk) 05:40, 16 May 2012 (UTC)
