Needs Significant Work[edit]

This article currently needs separate sections on Feruchemy and Hemalurgy. There is a lot of content on the Mistborn series page that can be moved here, and a 'Main article' link placed on that page. Another concern is the in-universe perspective of the article. I'll need some help with respect to the tone and real-world perspective of this article. Hey Drcrazy102, thanks for the section on Feruchemy. I think it would be good to describe the 16 Allomantic metals only in a table while using paragraphs to describe the God metals. Same for Feruchemy and Hemalurgy. Currently, there is a lot of text that wouldn't be much required in an encyclopedia. What do you think? Ciridae (talk) 12:27, 1 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Hey Ciridae, sorry I haven't responded. I definitely agree with the "table formatting" (as currently revised) but I would like to try go one step further: let's add some colour to each of the "groups" so that they are distinguishable from each other instead of relying on readers to know what to look for. I'm not quite sure how to do so, but I will ask at the WP:Village Pump (Technical) if you don't either. Don't want to mess the table up. I am currently going through the article with a "fine-tooth comb" to find errors and wanted to ask if we should go with capitalised "Allomantic" metals, e.g. Lerasium, Tin, Bronze; or if we should use non-capitalised, e.g. lerasium, tin, bronze? There is inconsistency within the article, but it should be easily fixed with a "find-and-replace" in Word or other software. Cheers, Drcrazy102 (talk) 00:31, 14 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
