Deleted section about CVC as it is not relevant to Magnet Networks. Maybe do CVC page?
Also deleted reference to coming services as they are not yet available so irrelevant.
Included constraints of system as the information so far is very one-sided.
Line about "Claiming to be digital TV" is incorrect and biased. Suggest reviewing this line based on the current service offered.
