MTF vs. MIF[edit]

I'm working on the magneto-inertial fusion page. Is there consensus on the distinction between MIF and MTF? The description of MTF given here is what I would call "solid-liner magnetized target fusion". The name suggests the distinction is in the target - perhaps an organized target plasma? One can also imagine a disorganized seed magnetic field or magnetic field carried in with the liner. Plasma liners are also being studied, and IIRC, General Fusion is looking at pistons to provide compression rather than the faster-compression FRX-L approach. Should these other approaches be described under MIF or MTF? Both?SMesser (talk) 14:44, 24 July 2012 (UTC) (edited to correct name of piston-driving fusion company)SMesser (talk) 16:24, 24 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Magnetized target fusion. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
