Numbers[edit]

We have a source for the the numbers Malaysian born (the BBC 'Born Abroad' survey), but no source for the larger number 'of Malaysian descent'. Where does this number come from? Indisciplined (talk) 19:09, 6 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Problem[edit]

Is this article about those in Britain or Malaysia?? I think its a confusing one.

I think it should be either about British citizens of Malaysian descent,or Malaysians of British descent,either one.

Deborah Priya Henry is not of British ancestry as well as Sarimah Ibrahim.

Yep, there has clearly been a lot of this. This article is about Malaysians (or people of Malaysian descent) in the United Kingdom, it is NOT about people of British descent in Malaysia, so I have removed a series of names from the 'Notable People' section. Worse still, there were a couple of people of Malaysians listed who did not even have British Ancestory (can whoever can't tell 'British' from 'Irish' please learn the difference).
