Disagree with merging with "Managed Service Provider" since these are completely different, unrelated concepts. Royperry999 (talk) 23:31, 8 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Although an MSP can provide MFVN service, Managed Facility Voice Network or MFVN is becoming a service provided by phone and cable companies with specifications similar to Public Switched Telephone Netwrok or PSTN service. What needs to be communicated is that it is a method of VoIP that operates within technical specifications and constraints differently than a do-it-yourself Internet method that uses consumer self install boxes with CODECs and other software aspects that are not under a common control and managed structure. Additions were made to the article to iclude refrence material and links to external articles. The title was also changed to the proper representation of the ancronym. MFVN stands for Managed Facilities-based Voice Network and not Managed Facility Voice Network. New2way (talk) 17:16, 20 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
