Sourcing and content[edit]
At present it is not clear whether 'management due diligence' is a recognised term and concept in business practice. Unless mainstream secondary sources can be added to show that it is iun common use then the article may be deleted.Martinlc (talk) 12:26, 2 November 2013 (UTC)
