A fact from Margarete Bieber appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 16 September 2012 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
Did you know... that Margarete Bieber was the second woman to become a university professor in Germany?
In the lede it says she was "forced to leave" Germany but in the main text it says she was "removed" from her academic position, which is not quite the same thing. Can the first claim be clarified/referenced, please? Ericoides (talk) 08:05, 30 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for catching that. So corrected. She was forced to leave her professorship (reluctantly, as she tried to stay), but left Germany of her own will. Gobōnobo+c 11:02, 30 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
