The RCM has changed its name to Marguerite-D’Youville -- see the linked article in the French Wikipedia ( http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marguerite-D%27Youville_%28municipalit%C3%A9_r%C3%A9gionale_de_comt%C3%A9%29 ).
