Exclude means removed. You probably mean the article "does not include" such information. By all means, you're welcome to add it. Personally speaking, I thought Pallante was the antithesis of what the Registrar of Copyrights should be. - kosboot (talk) 19:27, 28 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I see you've made edits since tagging the article. Discussion here seems to have died pretty quickly. I'm going to remove the POV tag, but if you still feel it's biased, given the short size of the article, I suggest you edit it to add in sourced material to correct that.
