I have an oral exam based on this author and her work, and I must agree with SeaworthyViolin. At first I just saw some typos which I was thinking of quickly fixing, but then I noticed some of the grammar was poor, other sentences are written in 1st person, and generally began wondering how much of the information was accurate at all. I think I'll check the French wikipedia and see if it's any better. In fact, I wonder if this page is just a google-translated version of another page. -- Kit 09:10, 18 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This page is extremely sloppily written, with rampant contradictions, repetitions, and misspellings. I'll try to clean it up a bit, but I'm not that knowledgeable on the subject, so any help would be appreciated! SeaworthyViolin 06:18, 15 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Kit and Seaworthy. It may have taken a year, and at last someone has tried to edit this page for grammar, spelling and style. I hope I've met some of your complaints about the quality of this article about so significant a person. Gallador 05:39, 6 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Needs a clarification as to which year is correct for Une Si Longue Lettre getting an award. At the beginning it says 1981 and later it says 1980 -Sardaukar Blackfang (talk) 03:39, 28 April 2010 (UTC) This: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Noma_Prize says it was 1980 -Sardaukar Blackfang (talk) 03:41, 28 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
