Sentence in the article that makes no sense[edit]

I found this sentence in the part of the article about Marie-Soleil Tougas' television career:

"It was mainly spokesman Éduc'alcool organization that promotes moderation in alcohol consumption"

This sentence makes no sense. What could it mean? That she was the spokesperson for that organization perhaps? Since it's in that section, I wouldn't be surprised.
