Marina Watanabe is also the name of a popular feminist YouTuber who also writes articles for Everyday Feminism. Should that be indicated somewhere in the article? I'm not really sure how we could do so, unless we could discuss her in the context of this Marina Watanabe. If we could give a reference for a statement like, "She is sometimes confused with a YouTube personality of the same name", we could add that. And of course, if we had an article on her, there could be a hatnote.
