General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems
Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
QPQ: Done.
Overall: This is a well written article that captures the maximum information from its sources without plagiarism. It is new enough and long enough. GTG with either the main hook or ALT2; personally I prefer the main hook. I've struck ALT1 as the main source says "thought to have been..." so there is some slight uncertainty about whether Bell was the first woman or not.
