Reverting edit[edit]

I am removing the following text from the article: In 2015 Farrugia has destined a fine property in St. Ursula Street (Valletta), worth over half a million Euro, to Chinese national Han Bin. This was revealed when a contract for the promise to sell of the property was found during an investigation of human rights violations that allegedly Bin was involved.[13]

I was going to include this in a section titled 'Controversies' but I'm not sure that this is of any particular noteworthiness to the article and I can't find any references stating that the sale was controversial or disputed in any way. I'm not familiar with the case, so anybody who is more knowledgeable please feel free to correct this.
