COI & non-notable[edit]

The article was created and written by someone who clearly works for the comapny: an obvious case of COI. Also, the notability of the company is disputed: does a bakery warrant a Wikipedia article? What is notable about the company? (and I would suggest a self awarded title of 'famous' does not constitute notability.)
