Gender pronouns used by the subject[edit]

Gutierrez quoted in 2017: "she said notions of her own gender identity changed while working on the film. "I adopted gender neutral pronouns". Gutierrez quoted in 2019: ""they/them" pronouns are the right ones for me.". -Lopifalko (talk) 10:07, 16 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The first quote is a reference to her adopting gender-neutral pronouns during the filming of Martine Part I-XI. According to https://www.nytimes.com/2017/09/15/arts/design/gender-fluid-artists-new-museum-transgender.html she later adopted feminine pronouns. The second quote is from Asia Kate Dillion, not Martine Gutierrez. Note that both sources exclusively use feminine pronouns for Gutierrez. 70.53.67.166 (talk) 01:50, 25 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
