Martinique national football team?[edit]

Is it really Martinique national football team? Because Martinique is not a nation. From Martinique: it is an overseas region of France. Maybe "Martinique official football team" or possibly "Martinique regional football team" could be better. 85.217.22.146 (talk) 18:35, 21 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It was previously changed to a name you've requested, but the name was changed back to its current one because there was no discussion. If you are going to discuss Martinique, then you will also have to include Basque Country and Catalonia as well. — JS^{Rant Away} 21:29, 21 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, those all are part of the same question. There's also for example Faroe Islands national football team and Gibraltar national football team, but Åland Islands official football team. Of those, Faroe Islands and Gibraltar are members of FIFA, and Åland Islands is not. Current Squad[edit]

Shouldn't the current squad reflect the teams these players are actually playing at? I edited the page so that the current teams are accurate, but BS1Jac has changed it so that it matches the CONCACAF pdf sheet. That document contains errors which have been corrected on every other national team page. Babin, for example, plays for Sporting Gijon and not Maccabi Haifa.
