Marriage to Sir James Heath[edit]

I have corrected stated year of this marriage from 1928 to 1927, supported by Burke's Peerage (citation) and other annual biographical reference books.Cloptonson (talk) 14:48, 23 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I contest the stated divorce year of 1930, the 1938 Burke's Peerage used in citation when I researched her husband's marriages indicates it as 1932 and gives no detail on the divorce proceedings beyond indicating he was the petitioner, so does not mention it being a "Reno divorce". Another source will have to be cited for the Reno nature. I am delaying altering the year until I have heard from other users any explanation they may offer.Cloptonson (talk) 15:19, 18 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Added two references to Reno divorce in 1930. MilborneOne (talk) 17:12, 18 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you. In the Family section, I have moved the citation to Burke's Peerage to just after the date of marriage to Sir James Heath, because Burke's Peerage does not name the alleged wedding venue, against which I have raised a citation need.Cloptonson (talk) 10:11, 27 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

International Olympic Council?[edit]

The section on Heath's athletics career mentions her membership of a redlinked organisation called the International Olympics Council. Is this a separate organisation from the International Olympic Committee? If nobody objects within a couple of weeks, I'm minded to be bold and change the link ~dom Kaos~ (talk) 12:48, 5 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm I haven't been able to come up with any online mentions of an IO Council, everything re-directs to the IO Committee. It must be an editing error. Good catch and yes do change it. MurielMary (talk) 10:02, 6 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Done: thanks for your input (I'm not much of a sports fan!) ~dom Kaos~ (talk) 17:58, 6 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
