Rural

Is North Adams, Massachusetts really rural?

Technically North Adams is a city (the smallest in Massachusetts), but it certainly doesn't quality as urban or even suburban. Consider how other settlements of 13K people are classified. The nearest significant city is Pittsfield (21 miles away, 40 minutes driving time). The only way you get to North Adams is via 2 lane highways (HWY 2 or 8). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.252.43.24 (talk) 23:23, 19 May 2015 (UTC)
