Hi Christina, I really enjoyed reading your article! I added a significant portion to the section "Changing the definition of Luxury" I found two articles (from Forbes and the Washington Post) that did a great job explaining some of the ideologies that are associated with Massificaton and the new idea of what luxury is. I would suggest going through your article and finding a way that you are able to link it to another article that is currently on Wikipedia so it is not an orphan anymore. I added a few links within that I added and I would also suggest adding to your topic of "Celebrity Brand Endorsement" or taking it out since there is not much underneath it. Overall, great job!! Yes but what does it mean?[edit]

I read the article, and I still don't get what the word "massification" actually means? What is the actual definition of the word? The article says "Massification is a strategy that some luxury companies use in order to attain growth in the sales of product." But then it doesn't really tell me what that strategy is. Please clarify what the word "massification" actually means, in the first paragraph. Is it a specific strategy? A generic term for any strategy? What?

I agree with this sentiment. There is no clear definition of what "massification" is, and it is not entirely clear from the examples what it refers to. I added cleanup tags for rewriting the lead and clarifying. Sandtalon (talk) 06:18, 28 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

clearly an incomplete article[edit]

Please provide an independent reliable source for such an alternative common usage of the term. Also, the article might need significant re-structuring in such a case - missing details should be added in the article's main body first.
