No problem. At first glance it does appear that Maud and Matilda are separate names when in fact, they were the same in the medieval period. Isabelle and Elizabeth were also used interchangeably, same with Joan/Joanna-later being replaced in the 16th century with Jane. There were also Eleanor/Alianore, Hawise/Avise, Agnes/Anne, Gille/Egidia.--Jeanne Boleyn (talk) 08:19, 19 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
