Matti personally informed me that he is born from Huruksela village of Kymi (today part of Kotka, but independent municipality at his birth) from Koho domin, Susikoski aka Pohjola farm. And that his parents are: the late Sulo Valfrid Pohjola (Birth: 1912 at: Huruksela, Kymi; ide dead) and his wife: Hilkka Hellin Lahja née Ramu (birth: 1923 at: Luumäki, western Karelia, southeastern Finland; death: 2008).
Matti further informed that his paternal grandparents both are natives of said Huruksela village, they being: Matti Tuomonpoika Pohjola, of Koho Susikoski (Birth: 8.12.1872 at: Koho farm, Huruksela, Kymi; Death: 21 February 1954 at: Huruksela, Kymi) and his wife: Amanda Salomontytär née Mattila (birth: 7 may 1878 at: Mattila, Huruksela, Kymi; death: 24 febr 1958 at: Koho Susikoski Pohjola, Huruksela, Kymi). 2001:14BA:4857:A000:B00C:1069:D118:5FAC (talk) 01:42, 7 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
