Surely there should be a section on SLAM being an Adult ADHD specialist clinic, one of very few in Britain? I'm not sure how to add sections to articles otherwise I would do this myself, eventually...82.12.74.61 (talk) 20:09, 27 June 2010 (UTC)G[reply]

Problem is, the Maudsley / SLaM run quite a lot of specialist services and those services come and go. Also, having worked at SLaM advising clients on options, we were never quite sure just how many adult ADHD clinics there actually were ... one in Cambridge, for sure, rumours of others appearing from time to time. Any number of private clinics doling out drugs for a price, but in NHS terms it would be difficult to be accurate as to what was available where. And why single out adult ADHD? I'm about to remove a reference to someone dying in the Maudsley before it opened. no disrespect - the place functioned as a war hospital for some years; the mental health facility originally envisaged only happened as dates previously stated. Hope this is OK? —Preceding unsigned comment added by GraemeE17 (talkcontribs) 18:10, 7 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
