In the efforts to update this article, I have searched for the missing periodical references from Industrial World (1931) and The Scotsman (1948), but have had no success in locating these articles. Much information in this article derives from the self-published book by Kate Proudman: Maureen Eyre Proudman (Blurb, 2012), such as the references to winning "first prize in textile design" and the creation of many "small wood engravings." I don't doubt that M.P.E. Proudman won prizes for her work; however, I can find no references other than in Maureen Eyre Proudman (Blurb, 2012). Treesiati (talk) 14:43, 7 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
