I disagree with the text which is not NPOV. The article should open saying that he was a civil servant and may have asessments and evaluation of his worthiness or contribution (as it does) under Honours and tributes. - Kittybrewster 22:11, 15 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The sources for this article, including official documents, archive summaries, and media reports, are all in the public domain, and the article reflects a consistency of recognition in public of Maurice G.
