Current position[edit]

The infobox says that he's at Inter, the article states that he's at Liverpool. He can't be at both. danno 02:14, 25 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Copy edit[edit]

This article still needs a complete overhaul and was clearly written by a non-native English speaker. It would probably be quicker to say what is correct, but the following phrases/sentences are not good use of English:

  1. After playing nearly one decade with
  2. he spent the vast majority of his remaining career
  3. amassing La Liga totals
  4. with which he won
  5. he conquered nine in his spell in his country (I have no idea what that means)
  6. had a six-month stint
  7. he embarked in a managerial career
  8. during a large portion of the 90's
  9. lived its golden era
  10. He had his first abroad experience
  11. would be fairly used during the campaign
  12. ended with league conquest
  13. with the addition of
  14. His main dark spot
  15. he was a very important defensive unit
  16. amassed 213 official appearances
  17. having an unassuming stint
  18. picked for the squad
  19. made his debut precisely
  20. stayed connected
  21. who still had Benítez in charge
  22. a position in which he remained
  23. as the pair moved
  24. as the team had just promoted to the top flight
  25. he qualified the team for the final
  26. a 1–0 aggregate defeat

I am probably being rather picky, but there are several other sentences which are sloppily written.77.130.195.16 (talk) 05:58, 20 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Honours list[edit]

As the article makes reference to the large number of titles that he has won as a player, it would be good to have this added to the article (properly referenced of course). 77.130.195.16 (talk) 05:59, 20 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
