"Mostly Italians, actually half." &c.[edit]

Italians, Serbs and Russians (at times 40,000 men) soldiers were imprisoned there, around 10,000 of whom died in the camp, mostly Italians, actually half. A war cemetery exists in their memory. The prison had especially guards from Hungary and Romania who were known for their barbar tortures of the soldiers.

Someone with expertise ought to set this straight.

I noticed this as well, but lack the Wiki-finesse to really set it right. It's annoying how this type of thing happens, History is forever a battle of competing lies. I hope someone comes to correct this - B, 2/2018

During the First World War, Romania was on the Entente's side, thus, could not possibly provide prison guards to a prison camp that was holding prisoners of war of Entente Armies on Central Powers' territory, namely the Astro-Hungarian Empire's territory.
