Page title = institute's name translation[edit]

I just want to point out, that the name of the "Max-Planck-Institut für europäische Rechtsgeschichte" is translated on the institute's own website as "Max Planck Institute for European Legal History". The Titel of this wikipedia page that refers to the institute translates the name to "Max Planck Institute for European History of Law". I think it should be changed to the translation used by the institute. I do not know how to do this correctly in order to avoid broken links toward the page. Anybody can help? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Olaf hamburg (talkcontribs) 14:23, 26 May 2011 (UTC) Olaf hamburg (talk) 16:21, 27 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

How to update page?[edit]

Dear Wikipedians,

I work for the PR Office of this institute. This article is very outdated - for instance, the name has changed (https://www.lhlt.mpg.de/news).

I am planning to update the german version and translate it to english. This would mean replacing almost the whole article.

Is this ok? How should we do this?

Best

Hi. Regarding your concern, the way things usually work is you provide a few brief requests at a time, and we either implement them or tell you why they're inadequate. If you have a COI, you don't generally edit the article yourself. As for your second proposal, I would suggest you provide a translation and request someone to review it again, perhaps in segments if the German version is too long.
