Redirect[edit]

I've redirected this new article to the existing 2011 end times prediction. Please work on improving that one. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 01:21, 13 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Aside from the fact that they are about different topics, 2011 end times prediction is an unspecific article name, has WP:POV issues, uses inappropriate anecdotal evidence, and is generally a weak article. I do plan to merge any of its good information into this article soon. --Ashershow1talkcontribs 03:44, 13 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
On the contrary, they are clearly about the same topic, and this article name is problematic, violating WP:TITLE. (Nobody in this or the previous century uses "May 21st" in a title — it should be "May 21".) The other problems should be resolved by editing the other article. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 03:51, 13 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
If we correct this article title and add a section about Project Caravan, wouldn't you agree that it's a much better article? --Ashershow1talkcontribs 03:59, 13 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
No, actually, I think the existing article is better written, has a clearer subject, and has a better title. A still better title would be Harold Camping end times prediction (or ... predictions). — Arthur Rubin (talk) 08:01, 13 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Please discuss your "new" article on Talk:2011 end times prediction, or keep it user-space while you're working on it. Do not edit it in article-space without consensus that it should not be in 2011 end times prediction. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 08:31, 13 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I suggest you complete it by May 21, 2011, though. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 16:43, 13 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
