This is a new article. It was red linked by someone else. I am working on this today and will add quite a bit. VK35 17:59, 24 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The Decision[edit]

Lawyers are interpreting this case in a very different manner. It is being said that McDonell Douglas test implies that if discriminatory act did not result in a financial loss to the plaintiff, he has no case. Will someone comment on this? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ibne'Ishaq (talkcontribs) 17:35, 6 August 2008 (UTC) I just want to add that I believe this is a four part test, not three... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.233.180.44 (talk) 01:45, 4 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I am studying this case in class, and there is a lot more that can be said. I am going to spruce the article up a bit, adding citations and whatnot, but I think the article is quite good Swilk (talk) 19:19, 14 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
