Re - "copyright infringement" - I disagree. The content of this pamphlet was the centre of a major lawsuit, based solely on what was said. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Themepark (talk • contribs) 2006-11-11T22:17:57.

"This was a specialist publication written in 1986." Being used in a lawsuit does not make it GFDL-compatible, much less public domain. Do you have any evidence to support your assertion that it is not a copyright infringement? --Benn Newman 04:06, 12 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
