Mouth in Palo Alto[edit]

The infobox claims the mouth of this creek is in Palo Alto, flowing into the San Francisco Bay. As a tributary of Lake Tahoe, the water in this creek flows through the Truckee River to Pyramid Lake, which has no outlet, especially not one on the San Francisco Peninsula. I'll fix it.
