Dopamine D3 value wrong comma?[edit]

I've never read about such a high affinity of melperone for the Dopamine D3 receptor elsewhere - comma-error? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.187.126.55 (talk) 15:41, 23 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Reasons for low availability?[edit]

The number of countries where Melperone is approved and marketed seems fairly small, although it is not a new drug.

Are there any known reasons why FDA (or similar authorities) did not approve of Melperone, given that it is one of the few non-BZD sedatives with low anticholinergic burden? What alternatives are used in other countries, esp. in geriatric patients? 2003:D3:8730:8300:B121:5BFB:77AD:65C2 (talk) 20:45, 23 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
