Correction on Photo[edit]

The picture shows the deposits on the subendothelial side but the deposits should actually be on the subepithelial side (in between the podocyte and the GBM).

Reply: I do not see this error; the deposits appear to be subepithelial in this micrograph to me. But, assuming you are correct that the photo is off, what type of process is this then a picture of?

Pathogenesis alteration[edit]

Changed "caused by circulating immune complex" as this is confusing and as far as I can tell, wrong. The immune complexes are formed in situ rather than circulating in the blood stream. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.242.97.253 (talk) 21:45, 7 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
