A performance of the original setting?[edit]

Michael Stenov, who performed this year the Kronstorfer Messe, let me in the meantime know that he will try to perform the Messe für den Gründonnerstag during the Maundy Thursday celebration of next year. --Réginald alias Meneerke bloem (To reply) 13:13, 9 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

As suggested, Michael Stenov performed during the Holy Week the Messe für den Gründonnerstag.
The Kyrie and the Gloria are own compositions in Bruckner's style.
The fragment of the Credo (41 bars) is completed in Bruckner's style:
  • Bruckner's own setting (bars 1-32),
  • completion of the missing verses Deum de Deo … till … facta sunt,
  • Bruckner's own setting (bar 33 till the end of the score),
  • completion of the remaining of the Credo, from Et incarnatus est till the end.
As he did last year, Stenov has put the parts of the work together on a YouTube video. --Réginald alias Meneerke bloem (To reply) 10:36, 6 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
