• Most of these go against the typical Wikipedia convention to disambiguate articles by using parentheses after the article name, and discussion on WikiProject Astronomical objects has come to the view that the format should be Messier #. Wildly different ages

The main table says 14.2 +- 1.2 with reference 7 and later 11 +- 1.5 with reference 14. Given one is greater than the age of the universe I think some discussion and cleanup is needed.
