Geographic solutions?[edit]

To improve the opening paragraph, it may be pertinent to answer the question, "What are 'geographic solutions'"? It is a vary vague scope of expertise, and even people in the field would have a problem answering this question. It may work better if the sentence continued with, "such as...". Yes, the article DOES go on to explain a little bit more, but most people just read the first sentence of the first paragraph and decide if it's worth continuing to read on. -- Emana (Talk) 21:43, 17 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
