Consensus is that all verifiable places are inherently notable, and thus warrant an article. However, there are concerns that this is not an actual place, but rather a nickname for another community. The original version of the article referred to a US Geological Survey entry, which in turn refers to

Indeed. However, while all verifiable places have been deemed inherently notable, borderline verifiability is usually dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
