Correction, school officials knew Miami Sunset Senior High would be over crowded 7 years prior to laying the foundation. I was there in 78 to 81 and the hallways were so crowded you had to squeeze through the crowd to get to your next classsssss.

I think we need to have a real discussion about this place. According to many sources, this school is in shambles and is absolutely nothing like this article claims it to be. Frankly, it sounds almost like an administrator from the school wrote this entire article as a way to make the place look decent. If this is true, we should change this as soon as possible to avoid misinforming anyone else.

So this school hit the headlines recently because of said issues with hygiene and safety

Just two links to name the countless found on Google. Also there seems to be the school's official website: http://miamisunsetseniorhigh.weebly.com (not sure why a Weebly address though, surely they'd get an .org or a .edu domain?). Anyway noticed on the about page http://miamisunsetseniorhigh.weebly.com/about-us.html it is near enough word for word a spitting resemblance as the history section of the Wikipedia article. I've removed a lot of unreferenced content from the article, some of it grossly promotional in tone and some of it very similar to content on the website of the school. However, I've not been able to establish definitively who copied from whom. Comparing the initial version of the article in 2005 with the webpage of the school at about that time, I don't see much similarity or cause for concern. Unless someone comes up with definite evidence of copying one way or the other I think this may have to be left as unresolved. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 23:52, 30 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
